They were already at that point with soul dew.

Back in gen 3 they were way too fast for the really strong offensive mons to deal with and had a movepool equal to mewtwos. With soul dew, they basically switch in with a free calm mind.

The only thing preventing them from being banned to oblivion is flamethrower. Luster purge is also buffed to 100 BP this gen. Did you know luster purge always lowers the opponents special defense?

Every single mega gets 100 stats boosted to their BST, meaning they're stting at 700BST. Their best stats are confirmed to jump through the roof (SPA and SPD) as well as their speed. Latias becomes dragon/fairy with multiscale while Latios gets adaptability.

The fact that they lost levitate is amusing, considering they look even more airborne now.
