Use Transform. The opponent will transform as well. Your ditto will struggle itself to death. Send out Smeargle (making sure it is faster than the ditto). Use Sketch on the opposing ditto.
Sketch will work. The reason Sketch fails to copy transform is that sketch copies the last move used BUT it fails if the move is not in the target's movelist. This means a transformed ditto will break sketch, as the mon it becomes DOES NOT HAVE TRANSFORM.
This trick lets you use sketch on a mon which (a) last used transform, and (b) still has it in its move list.
