Dunno but I know somebody who wants Articulo and is offering a Light Ball, nobody is sure wether to take the offer and neither am I. I just one a Pikachu with Volt Tackle to play in Amie with.

Well I did some research and if the chances of finding a Pikachu with Light Ball are 5% (like it's usually been) then if you lead with a Pokemon with Compound Eyes which increases the chances of a wild Pokemon holding an item a Pikachu should have about a 7% of holding an Light Ball.

That's not so bad.
