with a speed nature and EVs Breloom with OHKO with Bullet Seed assuming the RNG gives you three hits and even then Spore fixes a lot of things especially switch in against it.

Yes, my Rotom-W has max HP and 31 IVs in both defenses. It countered Rhyperior and some stall fags nicely but if the opponent had powerful neutral moves, it was pretty much gg for this guy.

It probably wasn't clear enough so I say it again: I was leading with Talonflame, opponent sends out something that kicks Talonflame's ass and I switch MY Talonflame out and send out Rotom-W.

As someone who currently has a winning streak of 100, Rotom-W is pretty much my MVP and it frequently sweeps entire teams.

Also, using two pokemon who aren't affected by ground moves is a terrible idea.

There is no "best" EV spread, but all into hp and sp.atk isn't too bad or just see smogon's spreads.

It can't touch Gastro and Ferrothron basically or anything that can take a thunderbolt/hydro pump fairly well for that matter.

I love Rotom though. It stops so many outright copy and paste teams that just take top 10 OU and run with it.

are you new to battling?

I think you mean anything fast that carries a grass move. And for the most part that ain't no fucking grass Pokemon

The only two would be Breloom which has been stated and Venusaur.

It's a pain in the ass, and one of the better OU Pokemon, but it's very beatable. Most Pokemon with a Grass, Electric, or Ground type attack that aren't weak to its STABS tend to do just fine against it. Volt Switch can be annoying, but its nothing too bad.

In my opinion, Blaziken, Mega Gengar, and Genesect are the only OU Pokemon that might need to go to Ubers.

Smogon bird is great, OU for sure, but it's also a one trick pony.
Excadrill is strongly nerfed by the sandstorm nerf.
Megaskhan is great for sure, but I don't know about ubers, since it can be easily checked with good prediction.

Ferrothorn isn't exactly gonna out damage Rotom-W. Unless if you're one of those guys that runs Power Whip

Back when they decided to ban Excadrill more people ran mold breaker than any other ability on it.

In fact for even more trivia, before it was originally banned more teams ran Excadrill than Tyranitar and Hippowdon put together.

But it's not broken at all.

They unbanned it and brought it down to OU in the BW Dream World tier, and it was fine. Same with one of the Genies and Garchomp with Sand Veil.

He was broken at the beginning of BW, but by BW2, he really wasn't broken anymore. The meta had shifted and he was simply 'really good'. The only reason he wasn't unbanned was because Smogon was afraid of letting a weather that wasn't rain have a powerful sweeper.
And hell, rain would have run him, too, as it would have negated his Fire weakness
