I run Mega-Lucario on my team as my sweeper. It is the only offensive pokemon I need. My set:
- Close Combat
- ExtremeSpeed
- Iron Tail
- Swords Dance
Iron Tail stands out as the strange move in the set. However, the raw power behind it is irresistible, despite somewhat woeful accuracy (generally you only need to fire off one, and usually on free turns). Between the moves in this set, the only common threats that can stop it after a Swords Dance are Mega-Gengar (must be evolved already), Aegislash, and some bulky waters (e.g. Jelliscent, Slowbro), plus a few scarfers. However, these can usually be lured and trap killed by Scizor and/or Tyranitar. Almost anything naturally faster is killed by ES (e.g. starmie) usually from full HP. This thing is a ticking time bomb, once a few threats have been eliminated/weakened it is free sweeping.
