Dustox is better than any of these (except Vivillon) for most of its game. It gets a great movepool and has decent defenses. Move Dustox to top tier and everything else down and youre good.

And Ledian should be shit tier because it gets some interesting moves, but no higher because its fucking useless

No it isn't, it's just great in game. Quiver dance, bug buzz, high accuracy hurricane and sleep powder, compoundeyes increases chance of wild pokes holding items. He's just got a ton of utility and very usable stats.

Pidgeot really deserves a buff. It's ridiculous how crap it is compared to other regional birds. Even back in genwun it was horribly outclassed by Fearow who had better Speed and Attack and a useful STAB move Drill Peck while Pidgeot had to rely on Fly. Now Pidgeot is outclassed by every other bird besides Unfezant. Being Pidgeot has been suffering for six consecutive generations.

Vespiquen actually isn't bad because of its stats, its more of typing thing where its 4x weak to pebbles and a shitload of weaknesses, all its signature moves are very good.(Leaf Blade, Recover and Cosmic Power clones)
