It was good ONE TIME and you only got one. This was from Pokemon Box, when you could get one with Extremespeed. A Pokemon with Belly Drum and STAB Extremespeed is no joke. Mine wasn't Adamant enough and had shit IVs though.
Realistically, only a cheated one really could be worthwhile. And by "worthwhile" I mean usable as a predictable gimmick in lower tiers. Without that one niche there is no point at all to using the Pokemon though.
