The only other spinners that fit onto my team that would check them are Blastoise and Tentacruel, and I'd rather not have a glaring electric weakness on it.
Jellicent would also work better than those two, but it can neither spin nor even be obtained until PokeBank.If it fits onto your team and fulfills the role you have for it, there's no reason to not have it. As it is, Torkoal walls Talonflame, Blaziken, and jackass will-o-wisp and that's something Forretress certainly can't do.
