few things really but I dont keep a list in my head.
The animation for being hit by draco meteor is badly timed. You get METEORS RAINING FROM THE SKY and the pokemon sits there with a blank look on it's face as if nothing happened until 5 seconds later when it actually notices it got hit. If it was for slowpokes only I'd understand but it kinda ruins the shock and awe draco meteor is supposed to be trying to do.

Pretty good job though for a transition into 3d.

The dumb circles that spawn whenever your Pokemon comes out on most battle stages. It looks especially silly when you're fishing and a puddle of water comes out of no where. It's ugly and unnecessary.

Really annoying when I am shiny hunting when multitasking, look away for a second, miss the entry in combat, and have to wait a minute just to see the enemy.

And you can bike on snow, like you always could before gen 4.
