Never downloaded torrents before, is there a reason why the subs aren't appearing anywhere but the opening?

[PM] added Episode 6 and my computer is slow so it wouldn't play the .mkv file so I uploaded it to Youtube but you know the volume was taken away and the subs weren't there. Did I do something wrong?
