Use Sweet scent/honey on Route 11 to attract a Nidoran horde, one of them may have it hidden ability. I've heard that the hidden ability one will be turned slightly, but not sure about that.

I actually like that it got an Attack boost/Special move nerf for that very reason. It becomes quite a bit harder to counter because it suddenly has an assload more variability. You could keep it Special or make it Physical using the Punches, hell you could even go Mixed if you're feeling courageous. Plus it makes a decent Fairy counter.
