Use le-wow rotation battles OP
Just put a high lvl pokemon in the front and 2
that you want to lvl up. Use O-power exp before entering
Give your mons lucky egg for great exp gain

This method works really good for me. 2 lvls per pokemon fainted. Takes about 2 rounds in the restaurant to lvl up to 50 in 20 minutes. No need to thank me
