>>16029286Well you can take the mentality of creating any kind of tulpa and use it towards a Pokemon. The steps are the same regardless of whether you are making a human, Pokemon, pony, robot, etc. You still have to visualize the form and design it from there.
Be wary of one details though OP, make sure that the Pikachu doesn't have any preestablished personality or character. You can't tell a subconscious creation what it SHOULD be. That's why so many people warn against creating anime waifu tulpae or anything with a preestablished personality. Your creation will branch out if you succeed and become its own 'personality', but if it already has a preestablished role that conflicts with that it can destabilize the whole process and can lead to some pretty freaky shit. Eyes appearing in the wrong places, faces disappearing and morphing together, making you hear weird things all the time like screaming or whispers.
It IS self-induced schizophrenia, even if it does have benefits. Don't get too crazy with it, if something feels off at any time it's not worth the risks.
