And Meganium isn't even the worst Grass-type, nor is it even close to being such, since Sunkern and Sunflora have existed since Meganium's debut. Meganium is so bad, it's not even notably bad; it's merely mediocre.
Which makes it forgettable.
And Feraligatr is somewhat subjective. I like it more than nearly every other starter, but many people dislike its design.
Typhlosion and Meganium are 100% forgettable.
