I haven't played Gen V so I'm open to all options.

Fire Spin is for trapping, not attacking. I'm assuming.

I'm more concerned about Focus Miss. I prefer to run Flamethrower/Solar Beam/Air Slash/Roost.

this kind of question is stupid, OP. it's the root of all smogon babby problems. you can never judge a pokemon in vacuum, you always need to know how it will function with rest of your team. Otherwise you'll just get stream of 4-5 recommendations for standard OU mons.

Post your whole team, with movesets, tell us what you have been struggling with, and we'll be able to help you properly. Even UU mons are sometimes better than OU mons, because they just fit the team more.
