That's something I don't quite understand. Can I use a Reset Bag, and EV train again? Azu is already at level 50 and stuff, the game recalculates its stats in online battles?

The game recalculates stats whenever you do anything. A good thing too. There was a ton of dumb shit that happened in RSE back when it only recalculated stats on level up.

EVs can be recalculated, so even if you use a reset bag, you won't fuck up its stats.

Just use the berry that lowers hp EVs, you don't need a reset bag.
