Ampharos' design is as arguably dragonic as any other Dragon type - Genesect is an out and out bug.
I don't know why in the everloving fuck you want to ruin Genesect so badly, but go do it somewhere else. It becoming Bug/Dragon would make no sense and be incredibly forced. If Yanmega isn't going to be a Dragon type, the cyborg with zero Dragon traits sure as hell won't be.
Bug/Rock makes SOME sense, but ideally it should just stay fucking Bug/Steel.
