Hey /vp/, I'm a bit of a rookie when it comes to competitive team building. I've watched videos for a while now, and I know how to EV train, IV breed etc, but when it comes to actually picking Pokémon and movesets I struggle.

So I wanted to build a rain team around Kabutops, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for other members?

Also if you could say why, just so in the future I can get better at making Pokémon.
