But good luck making it work, even with the huge amounts of Rotoms/ klefki's spamming T-wave and volt turn, Raichu's defenses make it die to almost every popular priority.
But if your goal is ONLY to get out a +1 Raichu, then it can happen, alot, on wifi. if you can give it proper support I bet it could work too.
