I know you run Choice Scarf, and that it copies stats and stat boosts, but I read that it doesn't copy IVs? Since you can't breed Dittos together, what do you do about those IVs?

It doesn't copy IVs, so you usually make sure it's max speed, and try to get a useful hidden power.

For example, if you're concerned about Jolteon, who usually runs HP Ice, you may want to give it HP Ground, as it's the move who'll hit Jolteon the hardest. But if you're concerned about Keldeo, HP Grass would be more helpful.

The only IV that matters is HP. It copies everything else. I'm unsure, but I think it copies the foes ev's as well.

I understand it as it copies the final stats of everything, but HP.

I use him, he's a great set up counter. Let's say a dragonite uses DD twice. once you send out your ditto, he will copy dragonite's stats + the stat boosts. Then you'll have a +2 dragonite scarf'd
