On black friday they gave everyone a sticker sheet and if your sheet had an icon under the Mew sticker you won one.

first off, I'm talkng about how essentially you couldn't find mew in the game, so various places started having events where you could get it. a part of this to cause incentive was saying that one mew would be the oneash would meet in the show. it couldnt be nicknamed and would be female, that's the case with the one I got, so i think that i mustve gotten the canonical mew back then, honestly i just kinda kept it in my lineup without checking until about a month ago
