Most OU dragons can carry Steel moves or can just flat out smack them with a secondary STAB.
It's put a somewhat dent in their domination especially for outrage users, but nothing to write home about.
You won't see the top drags going anywhere any time soon. It'll be interesting to see how far Moonblast/Gleam is spread among movepools when bank comes out, but other than that Dragons gonna Drag.
