Rotation battles in Le Wow w/ O-Powers and Lucky Egg
The O-Power lasts all the battles (I think)

You can get a Level 1 to Level 40-50 within one visit, and even level 90+ stuff will probably gain a couple of levels

Le wow if you got at least 100k and mid 60 level Pokemon. I usually do triple battles. o powers last through a whole round of matches. Battle chateau if you want to take your time.

The best part about the restaurants is that your O-power won't wear out until it's done. Turn on the level 3 Exp power, give someone a Lucky Egg and gain a dozen levels.

question about moves, i'm assuming if the TM isn't available for purchase/1 time in-game thing, you have to level up whatever pokemon that has the move and take the time to pass it down to whatever pokemon you want right?
