Don't go full speed. It's kind of a waste.
You'll want to use Brave Bird for almost everything anyway and it'll get priority. Here's, in my opinion, the best spread for Talonflame.
124 HP / 252 Atk / 132 Spe
>Maximize attack
>Has enough speed to outspeed specific key threats that would resist Brave Bird. Namely max speed Jirachi and the occasional speed-boosting Lucario.
>You really don't need to outspeed anything else, so the rest of the EVs are dumped into HP for extra bulk.
