Quick question, I tried Chain Fishing yesterday and caught my first shiny and I was wondering if pokemon caught through Chain Fishing have a higher chance of having max IVs? The only reason I'm asking this is because of Friend Safari etc and how easy Game Freak have made it to catch/breed pokes with max IVs this gen. I checked my Poliwhirl and was surprised when it had max IVs in Def and HP.
I hadn't seen anything like this mentioned in the Shiny threads or even anywhere on the internet in regards to Chain Fishing.
