What are you using Earthquake for? The only things it hits harder than your Flamethrowers (should be Fire Blasts anyway) or Solarbeams are Blissey (+1 0 Atk EQ does 39% at best) and Tentacruel. Heatran too if its not running Air Balloon.
You're using a setup move that only boosts your non-STAB filler attack. The boost in speed is nice, but if you really need it you'd still be better off running DD + 3 SpAttacks. You'll do more damage than a dumb mixed set and you'll gain a bit of bulk because you don't need to run a -Def Nature.
