Quick Attack because of the power boost and it not quite being fast enough so it needs a priority attack
Return/Thrash for the obvious obscenely powerful flying attack STAB
Swords Dance because unboosted it still needs it to OHKO some of its threats and bulkier Pokemon
That leaves you with one free move if you go STAB and go with a bug attack your walled by Steel and Rock types, if you go with a Fighting move or Earthquake you only have one STAB and won't OHKO bulkier Pokemon unless you get some boosts off.
Plus it being Bug/Flying means if SR ever comes into play even after its on the field already, you can't switch out otherwise you'll lose it when it comes back.
I personally gave it high RU, its not going close to OU
