If that's not an option, find some friends online. Try some different boards you never went to before. Try some different sites. Go watch some youtube videos on how to write, or how to draw. Hell, there are thousands of free online college courses, try taking some, maybe you'll get a burst of inspiration for something you love. Take some classes at a community college, if you're thinking about ending it anyway was does some debt matter? Take some STEM classes, take some art classes, take some english classes! Maybe you'll realize you want to be the next Shakespeare or Einstein, or just learn working in a lab is a fun thing to do. Go for a run as far as you can, see where you end up. Spin a globe, put your finger on it and take a plane ticket to the nearest spot where it landed, then start doing the above there! Apply for every job in the paper. Go to church, go to a mosque, a synagogue, a Buddhist temple, talk to them there maybe you'll find something worth doing. There is literally an infinite amount of things that you can do, there's no reason to end your life today, tomorrow, next week or ever.
