I suggest pokeradaring in village for them cause it's faster and the odds are better of getting any non-perfect iv in the stat you want.
Also be sure to check for 0 attack and 30 iv anything (for hidden powers)
For real though 0 speed aegislash is shit and was always only theorized to be good when people forgot that a +2 Aegislash max attack will still ohko another through it's shield forme. And if you KNOW you're faster you can also get another free swords dance if you need it, so when it first comes out, you can SD in case they kings shield, and even if they don't, you can take a king's shield to the face and still OHKO them next turn.
