I'd make it so immunities don't change or go to neutral. When you bypass immunities (foresight/miracle eye) they hit for neutral.

Generally if you see someone switch something like Simisage against Skarmory you can kind of guess what they're going for.

But yea the item just existing would allow ridiculous mindgames, it'd probably be broken if it doesn't just change the user's resistances/SE stuff because it would likely only help pokemon hindered by their typing and already good pokemon would prefer a more fitting item.

But fire isn't very relevant and honestly a weakness to fighting being it's only relevant weakness seems pretty good, especially if you consider he can hit them SE too.

I would say those are both pretty relevant weakness. 4x to Bug as well just because of shit like scizor with u-turn. All of this combined with the fact that he would be itemless would kind of suck in my opinion.

You have a point about scizor's speed, but as far as steel goes, you have shit like scizor and metagross throwing out stab bullet punches off their insanely high attack stats (130, 135 respectively). This combined with the fact they both can use items as well (choice band or life orb specifically come to mind) and charizards low defense, I'm fairly certain you would be OHKO'd without some defensive investment (and who wants to do that on charizard, I'd father spam fire blast.)

Very true, I'm pretty sure even metagross would still be 2HKOD by max investment zard. (even itemless lel). There is definitely some surprise factor here, but the problem you face with any sort of thing like this is it either becomes a bad gimmick, or it becomes so good that it's easily predictable. Either way it would be bad news for zard sadly.

I don't think that Shocking Mask should stack with intimidate. A harsh attack drop on the switch in is too much.

You might be right.
I was just trying to make it so that Intimidate users aren't invalidated.
But I suppose you could give them a Threatening Mask or Beautiful Mask to cripple physical attackers instead.

They really do need to make a special version of Intimidate. Between Intimidate and Burn, as well as the fact they take less damage from confusion, Special Attackers have such an advantage. Glad BoltBeamThrower/ BlizzBlastUnder got nerfed, at least.

It does 90-107% to an uninvested charizard. it might be more like 57% if rocks are up (they still do like nothing though) but Charizard will be winning that fight more often.

Not really because there isn't really much out there that cripples special attackers out there in the first place.

Physical Attackers have to deal with:
>Intimidate
>Rocky Helmet
>Rough Skin/Iron Barbs
>Fur Coat
>Cute Charm
>Burns
Plus they get it worse when Confused.

You're wrong, Fire has the most resistances next to Steel. That would be shittier, when all I have to do is kill their hazard setter, use a rapid spinner, or sweep before they can set hazards.

You're basically doing something like getting a berry boost without needing to take any damage. Even the Kee and Maringa berries introduced this gen require you to at least get hit.

I don't think you realize that azumarill is already 2.5x marill's attack. Who gives a fuck about a 1.5x boost of fucking 20?

Belly drum + huge power would make it 602. Regular Azumarill is already at 418, with choice band that's easily over 602. And belly drum? Nigga come on
