Hello /VP/ I am having some issues with breeding in Y. I know that the father passes the moves to the egg, yet no matter what I have tried my eggs have no egg-moves when they hached? Is there something I am doing wrong or something that was changed in gen 6?

Are you sure the child can learn those moves? Check the Serebii page for things we know.

What moves specifically are you trying to breed and onto what pokemon.

A lot of move tutor moves from 5th gen got removed from a lot of movesets in 6.

I couldn't get a Heal Bell Togekiss. ;_;

I was trying to breed bounce and a TM move onto Froakie and i used a male/female Greninja and no luck and Froakie can learn bounce naturally and it can learn the tm as well, i just dont want to keep it a Froakie until level 39.

Both Greninja should have Bounce and the TM move.

Egg moves, yes.
But if you want to pass down to a child from a species a move he can learn later down his levelling path, both parents must have that move.
Egg moves are few and pointed out as "learnt by breeding" in bulbapedia.
