What's awesome about Sitrus over LumRest is that as long as you don't get OHKOed, you can Sub. Spam status as Kangaskhans desperately try to Sucker Punch you. Seeds, Horn Leech, and Sitrus Harvest is virtually unparalleled health regeneration.
Phantom Force hits hard, helps you stall, and ravages Aegislash, who can't block it, but will try. The only problem is being taunt-bait for any Normal type. Earthquake surprises the shit out of Klefki and Fire types who will try to thwart you. User's preference, I use Horn Leech myself, mostly because no one else on my team has Grass access barring HP and Quagsire's on the rise.
