At first, I really didn't care much for Mega Garde, but it's grown on me a LOT, especially since I saw its Shiny form. Kind of funny, because I normally don't like Shiny Gardevoir.

The problem with regular Mega Garde is no contrast. There is too much white. Still, what color could they have made the gown if not white for the regular Mega evo? Red wouldn't have looked good, and neither would green.

It's also wearing black panties/undies. I found that to be pretty funny. Somebody at GF... well, let's just leave it at that.

Breeding a Ralts right now.

Doubt I'll get what I want (in Premier Ball, Female, Synchronize, Modest, perfect IVs, etc.)

Been at it for three days so far. No shiny yet...I pray that if I get one it'll be proper in every other way.

I always thought it was hair though some wikis described it as helmet like. It is very stylized but the hair of Gardevoir and Kirlia move so it probably just is hair. Gardevoir doesn't like it if you touch the ends of her hair lol.

Whenever artwork pertains to Gardevoir in Gen III, it's always presented as a cold Psychic-type. That doesn't seem to be the case as often in gen IV+ art.

I got a 29/x31/31/31/31 hatched and decided to use that, but after I was done training it I got a 31/x/31/31/31/31 hatched. So now I'm stuck with 2 perfect female Gardevoirs.

I also have a penta male Ralts from that batch too

That could be interesting, but I doubt they'd want to program them. There would probably be a certain set of behaviors covered by multiple natures, like Quiet, Timid, Docile, Naive or Lonely all covering a "Shy" personality.

Tell me about it. I about threw my 3DS out the window when I saw the third one was male, then I about snapped it in half when I found out it had perfect stats like its brothers. It's not that I dislike male Gardevoirs, I just wanted a female one as well. I used a male Gardevoir in my first run through of Y. If his sister had flawless Sp. Def, I'd never have to breed for another Shiny again, but alas, I still do. If I hadn't survived a few ranked battles by 3-5 HPs, I wouldn't have worried about the Sp. Def IV, but I've learned you truly do need to have perfect IV's if you want to stand a chance online.

They're not going anywhere anytime fast. I already have basically every Pokemon I want with flawless IV's (that is to say an entire box full of them) and have tons have 5V breeding rejects as well.

I can't even think of what I'd want for one of em'. I certainly won't give either one of them away, but I would consider trading one.

Is Fairy Hyper Beam salvageable in any way? I mean thanks to Pixilate's second bonus, it does more damage than two consecutive Moonblasts. Maybe paired up with Future Sight to cover on the recharge turn.

I just want Pixilate to not be awful without Pokebank.

Well your method can't be faulted.

As for your pricing, Gardevoir's not likely to keep its worth as soon as Pokebank opens and hundreds of Pokegen'd shiny Gardevoir hit the street. I'd try to get my hands on a good IV/nauture Gen 6 shiny.

Of course, there's a strange modulation in their worth due to them being male. Most want a female, but there's always that >>16122004

I don't play Pokémon to be attracted to fictional characters. I play Pokémon because I enjoy training my favorites, and am able to try new Pokémon and end up making new bros.

Plus, I'm kind of autistic when it comes to genders. I can't have a male Gardevoir, a male Roserade, a female Bisharp, or a female Dragonite. Just can't do it. I have to have specific genders for Pokémon.

Either way, a Pokemon without a pentagon will be pretty much worthless trade-wise since there won't be a way to know it's legitamacy. A Kalos born Shiny Ralts will still have some worth.

At least until a Pokecheck for XY is made.

The only perfect Ralts that I would trade are English from the United States. I found my German one from an anon here who had just finished MM his own Shiny.

Hmm...what moveset should I have?

I'm thinking Moonblast, Ghost Ball (or similar), Psychic, and Teleport (Teleport is a must for me). Does it sound like a good idea to switch Moonblast out for Return, since Pixelate would make it Fairy type anyways once she's Mega?

said, return is a physical move so gardevoir won't benefit from it. IMO pixilate is not a very good ability compared to synchronize or trace unless you go for a full fairy build.

Return is only good for a humiliate your friends build since it hits almost as hard as Gallade's Close Combat with an Adamant nature. Just stick with Moonblast.
