Nah, OU is a banlist from UU and below. You can still use Serperior in OU if you wanted but the general usage stats for Serperior regulate him to NU which is the best environment for him to find success

Gale Wings is to Talonflame as Speed Boost is to Blaziken. The ability alone will keep it in OU until people find a way to reliably counter it. Talonflame without Gale Wings is easily NU.

No your taking it too literal. OU is a list of pokemon that are used too much for UU, banned from that tier completely. Hence its another banlist from the tier. You cannot use BL, OU or Uber tiered Pokemon in UU, they are banned from that tier, so its perfectly resonable to say those are also banlist from UU, BL is the immediate Banlist and those two are secondary banlists

It's like you don't even know how the tiers work anyway. It's based on usage, people obviously find him notable enough to have these debates and threads. The fact is if you play him right he is guaranteed to take out at least 2-3 Pokemon every time. /Vp/ seems to think anything that isn't a Wall or Sweeper with minimum checks or counters is nonviable for some reason. Of course it's going to stay in OU. That's why you made this thread, people are using him and find him useful. No shit he can die to things but priority Brave bird, and STAB Flare Blitz that is guaranteed to outspeed a lot of things will always be useful.

We're obviously going to have a 100+ post debate about it but the fact that we're debating it means enough people use it. It's BL at worst.
