In all honesty, Team Flare had the best idea.

- Sucker tons of rich and influential people into joining you
- Only let those who sympathise stay
- Cleanse the pokeworld of plebs and retards

Like, they controlled the news networks, the pokemon league, the government, even the social circles like cafes, hotels and nightlife. They had already captured the legendary pokemon and gotten ahold of the ancient weapon. They even manage to capture an immortal king and unlock the potential of mega evolution.

If the retarded player hadn't stepped in the world would've been a better place.

I personally would switch Teams Plasma and team Rocket due to the fact that Team Rocket, in spite of being decent villains and ACTUALLY making sense, wasnt ever going to go anywhere besides being Yakuza/The Mob. Team Plasma on the other hand, well i can only assume that Ghestis had world domination on the brain.

Other than that though 10/10 good taste.

Team Rocket still has the best uniform. And besides that, they were fully-integrated into the League as the other guy said. I think that's what makes them best, the fact that they could infiltrate like that. They weren't just some fringe group trying to harness the power of Pokemon that would've likely stopped them from destroying whatever they were trying to destroy. TR became an institution, probably feared by the leaders of the Pokemon League.
