Even if it could, the main "lel troll" set can't use it, because he suffers of 4 moveslot syndrome.
A shitload of pokémon can't be twaved in first place, just give them a lum berry and a physical fire/ground attack and watch them die.
You should always run a taunt mon this gen only for fuckers like this, with the new power boost you just need 5 pokémon to tear apart teams anyway.
