now you basically look at some other pokemon that fit into the team. get a good type coverage and decide if you're going defensive or offensive.
go to smogon or nugget bridge to get inspirations for your initial team setup.
when you've done that, download showdown, build your team in it and try it out. change stuff around once you see weaknesses in the team, until you reach something you feel comfortable with.
