Goodra: Personally, how do you build it?

I hear assault vest + modest hype. Rest + Hydration Bold seems good. Sap sipper phazer seems good. I've seen about 8 different natures used and a wide ranging of items/moves/ev spreads.

Also, if anyone has a wonderscale female dratini or a dratini safari that'd be cool.
