He hasn't gotten much screentime yet.

Also holy fuck shit lord is DP better than AG and Johto in every single way. Except I still miss Veronica Taylor and Eric Stuart, and the some of the major battles aren't as good yet. Other than that though, I'm glad I stuck with it.

Be assured that the later battles (especially the full rival battles) are unanimously the best the anime has seen. Although with the way XY has been handling how battles are animated for the first few episodes we might soon see that position usurped.

Yeah, I'm going through the whole series in order to get to XY. Haven't watched since Kanto, so it's been quite a trip.

So far it's been Kanto > DP > AG = Johto > Orange Islands. I know that Kanto, Johto, and the OL are usually referred to as one series, but they felt different enough to me to count them separately.

I think the only bad thing about DP is the lack of fucking bizarre comic relief episodes. That evil Togepi one was gold, but it's a rarity for that series.

Sinnoh had some satisfying moments and it was probably the first time since Kanto someone made a good anime adaptation to one of the games.

I didn't really like James and Meowth being afraid of her when she lost contests.

Usually Meowth and Jessie share leadership and James just tags along for the rideJessie dominating even meowth kinda threw off the group's balance.
