Hello people. I need help building teamS. In about 2 weeks, I gonna have a local tournament with very specific rules. Here are the rules:

- There is 2 types of battle: Single and Double.
- Each competitor have a limited pool of 30 Pokemon to choose and build 2 teams with.
- At least one team must have pre-Pokebank mons.
- Doubles items forbidden (you can use the same item over your two teams, though).[/spoiler:lit]

Here are the 30 Pokemon I got:

- Snorlax, Tentacruel, Dragonite, Dugtrio, Alakazam.
- Typhlosion, Umbreon, Quagsire, Donphan, Noctowl.
- Milotic, Gardevoir, Mawile, Blaziken, Aggron (lucky here).
- Torterra, Lucario, Toxicroak, Mamoswine, Drifblim.
- Volcarona, Chandelure, Galvantula, Serperior, Hydreigon.
- Greninja, Hawlucha, Trevenant, Dragalge, Goodra.

Now, I need your help to build my teams. All I got for now is some cores or movesets I can use for single. I test it on PS. Here's my single team so far:
