I do. Too many strong priority and speed boost users for his speed to be as centralizing as it was before.

I don't think Deoxys Speed will hold up too well with the current meta game. I don't feel like he'll end up the way of Mew, but, I'll doubt he'll be banned though.

this is even more reason for it to be banned because its easy-mode hazard settings makes it easy for shit to sweep
