The only one I can find that would really apply to that would be Durant at 109. And even it's still neutral to brave bird.
The only one that actively resists flying above 100 base but under 111 speed are Emolga, Dendenne, Raichu, and Thundurus-T
And I wouldn't call any of those except the last one as actual threats.
