As long as the 4 IV's are 31/31/31/x/31/x or 31/31/31/x/x/31 you should be just fine to use those Azumaril's.

Azumaril is so slow that having an imperfect Spd IV may only come into play against other Azumaril's. Mawile is the only real threat you have to worry about in the base 50 speed....but Sucker Punch has a higher priority then Aqua Jet anyways so its a moot point.

previously, the absolute max chance of getting a 5 iv pokemon, which meant having to parents both with one perfect iv you could pass down, you had a 1 in 32^3 chance, This is 1 in 32768. It is considerably easier.
