Just got a Shiny Modest Eevee with excellent stats in everything but Sp. Atk.

I can either go Leafeon or Umbreon.
How the fuck does Umbreon work though? It's Defenses are top-tier but what moves do I put on it?

Leafeon could work too but it'd be working against its Modest nature. Help?
