Serebii confirmed for ZERO artistic knowledge. These shitty jaggies are so unprofessional that you can tell the image was saved at a low quality on purpose. The website's background (banner) is off, not creating the illusion of consistency. The color choices of red and green are fine, as they are complementary colors, but this dark black and blue is atrocious from a design standpoint.
We get that you're a fan, Celebi, but jesus christ man(woman), learn a little design if you're going to spruce up the website. Or, if it isn't your fault, fire whatever third-world "artist" and/or "web designer" you hired for two cents a year.
