I'm thinking of making a Trick Room/Pankster team with the following

Aegislash
Golurk
M-Banette
Chandelure
Cofagrigus
Froslass

Would this work? I'm aware Cofagrigus isn't available until December.

I would like to say though thinking about Clawitzer, he's a great sweeper for a trick room team in my opinion. Mega-launcher as his ability, he has ok SA, dark, dragon, and water pulse (WP being a STAB for him as well) and with life orb he can really wreck house. HHis down sides are his horrid defenses and his shitty speed but only on trick room teams does this little guy shine.

Isn't Froslass a little too quick for a TR team? You might want to switch Trevenant for that, he is quite tanky(which your team needs) and pretty slow to boot. The others fit quite nicely though.

thought about using him, but I already have to take care of my mega of choice (Mawile/Abomasnow) so I'd rather have a bulky 'mon instad (Dragonite/Rhyperior)

OP you also might want to consider having one fast pokemon one your time thats reliable so you have something to fall back on if for some reason trick room and such is having problems getting set up.

what I'm saying is, I already have two possible powerhouses in my team (who also happens to be megas) so I don't really think I have a spot for it right now

Does it have to be mono-ghost? If not you could always throw in gyro ball Ferrothorn. If so, make sure you have something to counter dark/ghost types yourself. Spiritomb or Sableye are really the only ghosts that won't take 2x damage from ghost/dark moves. Both would work well since Sableye doesn't rely on trick room and Spiritomb has decent defenses. Huge size Gourgeist is bulky and slow, so that'd be another option. Eviolite Dusclops would be the best tank option. Consider dropping Aegislash since he'll die if he attacks first but doesn't KO the opponent due to being in blade form. I'd also drop Froslass for being too fast for your team and too frail.

(not OP) I'm using both and Chandelure @ Focus Sash is great check for Aegislash and Mega Gengar, among other things. Reuniclus is still best lead though.
