If you're going the Skill Swap route, use an Oblivious Slowbro as its immune to Taunt. Own Tempo is good too if you fear Swagger users. It can also support with Heal Pulse and its own attacks to beat fighting types.
As far as Slaking goes, you need dark or ghost attacks to actually hit ghost types like Gengar and Cofag. Also avoid Cofag, who walls you to no end.
