Remember, Gale Wings only grants +1 Priority, so E-Speed can revenge it, especially with Stealthies in play
also even though it has 126 base speed, remember that many scarfers that resist flying can outspeed it and it's as frail as Swellow so any invested attack will OHKO/2HKO it, especially SE wise which includes Rock, Electric, Water which nearly any scarfer can carry at least one of those moves.
