appreciate the feedback.
Might be able to swap noivern or weavil for Rhyperior to get some rock resistance.

Lucario is resistant to rock so probably should keep him.

Azumarill kanga and noivern are resistant to fighting so I don't think that's too big.

im really looking at weavil to replace for Rhyperior. opinions?

You should probably do that, yeah. Having two glass canons is usually never good. Now more than ever since hyper offense teams are not what they used to be.

I'm guessing you built the team around MKang? Mind to explain the synergy?

I'm new to this so I don't know if synergy is good.

I figured M genga has some bulk and vocarno and marill can be more than a OHKO. noivern can dish out a lot of damage but he falls so fast.

I might not be able to handle dark types but i'm not positive.

I was running gengar/cloyster/garchomp but they die way too fast. since I built my garchomp like a sdcrub

Well, usually, you want to have cores on your team. A balanced team consist of 3 sweepers that cover each other weaknesses, two walls and a revenge killer. That's a very good formula for beginners, you should try to stick to it for a while and acquire experience, since you're new.

Are you playing on a simulator?

I don't know if this is good advice as it will probably not work for everyone. But just play the game. And play a lot. Learn your weaknesses. And fix them. Learning by experience was the best for me. Then again, the teams I run are pretty odd, or meta-breaking, so I almost always have that to my advantage. Like, everyone and their mother can counter Mega-Khan, but when you start using 'mons outside of the meta poeple will get confused and lose. Kinda.

More solid advice. Get a wall. Maybe some support. A strong lead. And bulk never hurts.

Do M- kanga and rhyperior count as walls?
and i'm not sure what a sweeper is :(

I think noivern could be a revenge killer because his speed is so damn high

I haven't used a simulator but I know I should to test out teams

Rhyperior could be considered a bulky attacker, more than a wall. A sweeper is something that threatens your oponent by attacking hard and fast. Think of Salamence, for example. A wall would be something with good defenses and resistances, like Ferrothorn. Those are pokes made to take hits and wear your oponent down.

Noivern is your revenge killer of choice in that team, yeah. Him or Weavile if you keep him.

You want a spinner. Rhyperior will add another Fighting weakness, so I'd advise going for Donphan instead. Noivern is okay, but you might want to look into something that hits harder.

I definitely wouldn't count them as walls. Chansey and Blissey are walls. I've recently been using Clefable and Quagsire as walls and they're great. Simply put, walls can take loads of hits and tend to want to kill through passive damage (Toxic, Leech Seed, Etc.) or buff themselves enough to take out others. There are some walls that can handle going offensive too, but not many.

I'd say Volcarona is a sweeper, for example. Garchomp and Cloyster too. Sweepers are supposed to take out as many pokémon on the opposing team as possible AKA sweep the opposing team.

I play a lot on Pokémon Showdown and it's helped me quite a bit with getting better at predicting and just building teams in general. You should check it out.
