what's better for breeding for a 5IV pokemon, outstanding potential with 2 perfect ivs or relatively superior with 3?

Ok, this is your last bite, after this go to Google.

Outstanding has something like 151+ total IVs, and relatively is like 100-151 or some shit, decent is the worst with 0-60 some total IVs. (don't know the exact numbers, but you get the picture).

The "Superior" and "Outstanding" tags are the sum of all IVs, NOT a count of 31IVs (which is what you care about when IV breeding). You'll want to use the relatively superior one with 3 perfect IVs.

It's just the difference between the IVs that are lower than 31s being higher or lower. Which they don't matter, because even if they're 30s, you don't care.
